BLACKBERRY ROSEMARY SYRUP
INGREDIENTS
1 cup blackberries
1 cup demerara or turbinado sugar
1 cup water
A few sprigs of rosemary
RECIPE
Set burner to medium heat Lightly toast the rosemary in a saucepan
Set burner to low heat and add blackberries, sugar, and water to pan
Gently muddle the blackberries in the pan as the mixture comes to a low boil.

Once cooled, strain the syrup into a jar, container, or vial.
